The platform can translate eligible documents, normalize grading systems, identify institution information, and produce structured evaluation results for higher-education admissions and credential review workflows.

A Partner API is also available for organizations using another CRM or SIS and supports case submission, status tracking, result retrieval, and processing events.

The platform normalizes results to the target grading scale, calculates course-weighted equivalents, and applies registrar policies consistently.
